Communication styles of individuals and all teams, Thomas Kilmann test of communication, “Sunny Oranges” Game to demonstrate how to use communication and different styles to get the demanding results most effectively.

Take Out: Great fun to play the game (communication game), test for individuals, understanding of different communicational styles and their optimal usage.

Block 2. – Psychological safety and culture

Trust is most important element for open communication.

Take Out: How to set up safe environment? 

Block 3. - Team contract

How to set up principles of working/communicating in the teams. Why is it important?

Take Out: How to set up communication contract? What kind of rules -  principles we should have in our mind
